par\u00a0<strong>SINOHYDRO<\/strong>, des\u00a0<strong>silos de stockage de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales<\/strong>\u00a0ont \u00e9t\u00e9 construits sur\u00a0<strong>six sites strat\u00e9giques<\/strong>\u00a0:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Khenchela<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Guelma<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Constantine<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li><strong> Mila<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Oum El Bouaghi<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Jijel<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><p>Ces projets avaient pour objectif de&nbsp;<strong>renforcer la capacit\u00e9 nationale de stockage<\/strong>&nbsp;et d\u2019assurer une meilleure gestion des ressources agricoles dans plusieurs r\u00e9gions du pays.<\/p><p>\u00a0<strong>Nos solutions ont permis<\/strong>:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Une mise
